Odense is situated approximately 1½ hour by train from the Central Railway Station in Copenhagen. Trains depart every half hour from Copenhagen to Odense.

Every hour there are direct trains from Copenhagen airport to Odense.

From Odense Railway Station city bus nr. 41 runs to the University (swimming  pool).
